Handling of Items

All clothing and personal items will be handled with gloves for hygiene and safety.

Sensitive Clothing Policy

Items such as underwear, swimwear, sportswear, socks, or any garments that come into contact with private areas will not be handled due to sensitivity.

Service Scope

Luxury Executives is an organizational company, not a cleaning service. We do not provide cleaning services such as product-based cleaning, sweeping, or mopping. Clients are responsible for ensuring their space is cleaned prior to our arrival.

If a client refuses or fails to maintain the cleanliness of the service area to an acceptable standard, our representative reserves the right to refuse service. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the service may be rescheduled or terminated at the discretion of the representative.

Arrival Notification

A Luxury Executive representative will send a text message and/or place a phone call 15 minutes before arriving at a client's home or business. This ensures all meetings are confirmed and approved by both the client and the representative.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice if a scheduled consultation or visit needs to be canceled.

Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a non-refundable consultation fee. All consultations must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Location Confirmation

Clients are required to provide the full address of the consultation location at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.

Email Communication & Reminders

Clients must provide an active email address to receive important communications and reminders. This includes a personalized calendar highlighting key dates and appointments relevant to the client's organizational goals.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate photos of the space in advance
  • Ensure the space is clean and ready for service
  • Communicate scheduling changes at least 48 hours in advance
  • Provide a working email address for calendar and reminder management
  • Confirm the service address 24 hours prior to arrival

Privacy & Confidentiality

Luxury Executives respects client privacy. All information shared during consultations and services – including photos, addresses, and personal details – will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent.
